We stand by our product and offer a 7 day money-back guarantee.

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for returns,

  • Products must be only items in original packaging 

  • Products must be with no damage and able to resell

How do I return my items?

You have up to 30  days to start your return from the moment you receive the item. Please include the original packaging with your return.

PLEASE NOTE

  • We do not charge any extra fees on the returns. You will need to pay restocking fee of 15 percent on the returns. 

  • We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
  • Items from different orders cannot be returned within the same package.
  • Please DON'T return any damaged goods unless you're told to by a member of our support team. If you do this, it will delay us resolving your issue.
