After you have successfully placed your order with mobifitness .com. Your order will be confirmed within 12 hours and you will receive an email with information regarding the details of your order.

Your order will be shipped within 2-5 business days after order being confirmed. Currently, we will only be dispatching from our warehouses from Monday to Friday.

1.Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, all orders are subject to shipping delays.

2.CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

As all orders are currently shipped from US , we are unable to account for any additional customs / import fees upon delivery. You may need to pay additional import fees. If you are not sure whether you will be subject to customs fees, we’d recommend contacting your local customs for more information before placing an order.

3.Tracking Orders 

When your order ships, a shipment notification with tracking information will be sent to through email so that you can track your package easily by tracking number.

4.Unsuccessful Delivery 

If you input the incorrect address information at checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing. we are not liable to refund/replace this order.
